I partner with founders and operators to turn bold ideas into ventures that outlast them. I've built and sold a SaaS company — now I help others do the same, and put what we build to work on what matters most.
Let's talkI'm a Christian, a husband, and a father of two — including a son on the spectrum who has taught me more about love, patience, and what really matters than any boardroom ever could. I'm an elder at my church and have taught Sunday school since 2002. That's the center of who I am, and it shapes everything I build.
For over 20 years, I've been an entrepreneur. At Solutions ITW, we built enterprise-grade SaaS for the thrift industry, earned a place on the Inc. 5000 twice and among South Carolina's 50 fastest-growing companies, and reached a rare 20-year mark — turning a desktop product into a scalable platform and building a team that, by the time I sold the company, ran entirely on its own. That experience is why I now invest in and acquire established software companies myself — backing proven teams with capital and the operating muscle to grow, not just a check.
Now I'm in version 2.0 of my career. Through Code Impact, my AI-first venture studio, I build software ventures that are global in scope and made to help people meet the real challenges of their lives — like MyBlueButterfly, which supports autistic children and their families. And I'm launching Harvest 21, an evangelistic ministry that mobilizes believers to spread the gospel worldwide. The ventures fund the mission — that's what ties all my work together.
Beyond advising and building, I put capital to work — buying and backing software companies, and bringing an operator's experience to every deal, not just a check.
Established software businesses — at least five years old, with a proven management team already in place. Not turnarounds or early-stage bets: companies that already work, where the right resources and experience can unlock the next level.
Whether you're an owner considering a sale, a founder looking for a capital partner, or an investor exploring a deal together — let's talk.

Stories and hard-won lessons from two decades of building companies, leading in ministry, and raising a family — for conferences, churches, and leadership teams.
Bringing a builder's rigor to churches, missionaries, and ministries: helping them start, keeping them running, and growing their impact.
A ministry will only ever do what the Lord allows and empowers. He has never needed our systems or processes to accomplish His purposes.
But He works through faithful stewardship. When a ministry is grounded in Biblical wisdom, much of the friction we create for ourselves falls away — clear communication means fewer misunderstandings, healthy delegation becomes an opportunity for discipleship, and sound practices free people to serve rather than firefight.
So I'm not offering successful ministries; only God grants that. I'm offering Biblical wisdom that leads to healthy ministry — ministry that glorifies God, sheds its man-made obstacles, and becomes a vessel more ready to be used by Him.
If you long for your ministry to be that kind of vessel or you long for your ministry to grow and do more, let's talk.
Whatever brought you here, I'd love to hear from you. Tell me what you're working on or where I might help, and I'll be in touch.
